How to see real-time tracking of planes overhead
There are several popular flight tracking sites, such as:

https://www.flightradar24.com/
In https://globe.adsbexchange.com/ you can use Search -> Jump to Airport or Latitude, Longitude to center over our region. Searching on “BDU” can go to the wrong place, but “BJC”, which is RMMA, will get you there. And/or BDU is located at 40.0,-105.3.
It is handy to filter by altitude to eliminate higher traffic with an upper limit of 9,000 feet.
Clicking on a plane will show you the flight track and provide some information about it on the left side. Right hand side controls allow tracking multiple or single planes and other options.
